The only upfront cost that we ask for is a $300/pp activation fee in order to secure your attendance.

Every event is different. We recommend a runway of at least six-months when planning an event to deliver the best customer experience. However, we have worked on events that have as little as one-month lead times.
Our activation plans range from one-month to one-year in advance.
